Prednji brisači vjetrobrana radi samo treĉa brzina

Translation - Please, can someone help me? I have a 2007 Land Rover Freelander 2, and I’m having a problem with the wipers. They only work at the highest speed; speeds 1 and 2 don’t work at all. I have checked everything: the relays are fine, the wiper motor has been replaced, and the wiper...

Freelander 2 (2012) Reduced Engine Performance

Do you have the possibility to read the codes on the OBD2 reader, this will tell you where to start looking. It could be as simple as a damaged hose or the DPF is blocked. With out a code reader you're going to be chasing your tail.

    Freelander 2 advice needed.

How much oil is it leaking, I have a sd4 2011 and there is a certain amount of oil that seeps into the intake side and get rerouted to get burnt up, as long as it isn't massive amounts I'd not worry about it but just keep an eye on it. Plus surely if it was the rings you'd be blowing blue...

    the dreaded limp mode

nope, joined the LandRover Club one year and they had a meet in my local town. 8 cars turned up I think 2 were 500 km further north from me the others 250km south yep not too many land rovers up here. I see the occasional tourist vehicle fly past but they never wave :-(

    the dreaded limp mode

Okay, limp mode has disappeared, jobs done were, replacing the front hose, the little pipe on the DPF replaced and whilst I was down there I tried to do a DPF clean, not to sure how effective that was ( the Utube video seemed to get it a lot cleaner than mine appeared to be.) the nuts were a pig...

    the dreaded limp mode

okay got a reply from Gap, apparently my gap tool is a G2 which too old to do a forced regen which implies the new gap tools would be able to do it.

    the dreaded limp mode

okay got a reply from Gap, apparently my gap tool is a G2 which too old to do a forced regen which implies the new gap tools would be able to do it. So for now I'll get the tube on and get on with sorting out the fault code (P0087-71 (50) mechanical failure -actuator is stuck ) been busy with...

    the dreaded limp mode

Much appreciated for the link, read somewhere that you have to contact Gap to get the update to enable a forced regen. I'll get an email off to gap over the weekend and post on here when I get the reply.

    the dreaded limp mode

It will be a pain to put everything back just to test to see if replacing that little pipe enables me to do a regen but I'd rather get it sorted, I have a few long journeys to do in September and I don't think I'll survive 500k in the wife's little Corsa on our roads :-(

    the dreaded limp mode

Hej Hippo, I'm not sure how to use the gap to see if DPF is full, I think I need to contact gap to get a update so I can do a regen if necessary. The codes come back if I clear them and some time it will stay out of limp mode for a while other times it will go directly to limp mode. Found out...

    the dreaded limp mode

She has gone into limp mode, I have replaced the intercooler hose it looked a right mess with oil but no splits in the hoses, I've also checked the other hose from turbo and that seems okay, so I left guessing the next step. I have a million fault codes that have come up on the gap tool (I'm...

Back tyres matching but not with the fronts?

Best to have all the same but so long as they are the same on the individual axles you should be okay and as smithy says better ones on the rear with same depth of tread if possible.

Freelander 2: Did anyone changed rear wheel bearing in situ?

Trying my best to remember the process of taking the bearing out and for the life of me I can't remember but I can tell you it was a lot easier using a press, and you'll also need a torque wrench that goes up to 330 nm, hardest part was getting the driveshaft out of the knuckle. But I am sure...
