Thanks for that, However i think i may just stick with the orignial idea, and weld the door shut and then cover the weld marks and other marks along the LandRover with aluminum tread plates. (pop rivert) Thanks for the information, and assistance =) Chris

What i forget to add is that once both middle doors are welding shut and cut, they would be covered up with aluminum tread plates on both sides, this would be going along side the Land Rover, covering up the door welds, and any other markings that would be left..
