    Windscreen IS NOT an mot requirement. I have two cars without one. PPC take the 27L Rover for mot WITHOUT the screen.

    Windscreen is not an MOT requirement. Take it out, remove the wipers and its 3 things less to test. (Washers being the other) Weather is nice enough to go get it mot'd.
