    It was remapped. The problem was there well before this though which makes me think that it is an inherant 'problem' with the SII Disco:cool:

    I also do not condone reving it from cold either! It is mearly an example of what it does from cold. I generally allow it to idle from cold for at least a couple of minutes. If I start it up when it is warm and has only been stopped a couple of minutes say outside a shop or just picking...

    Hiya all, I am hoping I have missed someone else posting similar problems on here but here goes! I have a 2002 TD5 facelift auto, it only has 56k on the clock with full service, removed EGR, Angel tuning remap, K'n'N filter. I start the car and try and rev the car and for a good 20 seconds...
