My tension pulley on my 300tdi disco squeals like a good one and its starting to get annoying, i've bought a new bearing for it and changed them over but it hasn't seemed to make any difference, its not the belt and as far as i can tell it can really only be the bearing anyone help? Pete

No it wasn't doing it defore the engine came out, we went back and tightnened everything last night but still no good.:frown

I've had the engine out to replace the flex plate, there is no diesel coming out the injectors, it's definatly at the pump and the stop solinoiud works fine. So possibly a blockage?

Someone help or just buy my f£%$ing discovery!!!!!!!!!!!! Right,my 300tdi automatic, the flex plate is in the fuel line has been bled now when i start it it will cut out unless i rev it,then when i pull away it will drive fine if a little down on power but as soon as i pull up it will cut out...
