I've been on here for 9 years but don't meet the 50 post wall - I really need to shift my landy any way I can get it listed due to my long membership?

Maybe I won't as doesn't look like I fit the 50 post bench mark ..but I do need to shift it.

Engine is in a 90 defender. The vehicle has been sat in a lock up for 6 months or so and started with no issues last time I was there. Now however, I can't get it to run on idle for long before it cuts out. It took about 20 starting attempts where it cut out after 3 seconds to get it tickover...

Have this problem intermittently. I'll pull off after doing high revs for about an hr or so and am approaching a roundabout just as I take my foot of the accelerator the battery light comes on and the thing stalls. Any ideas? oil and water both ok
