    If only it were that easy....... Thanks for the links to the horror stories, Sean - I'd heard about a few of the things mentioned, but some of the other stuff I hadn't. Like I said, Olive likes em, but I've got an open mind (looking at the horror stories an open wallet would be handy too)...

    I'd love a Defender, but that wouldn't be practical at the minute. TBH I like the looks of the Freelander and the Mrs likes em - it's about the only thing we really meet half-way on. I just wanted to check the opinions of people who knew em. Looks like my questions have been answered.
