Just important to remember the most important rule about a Turbo car :eek: . When increasing the boost remember to increase fuel as well. Well in our case diesel. :D (More air needs more fuel) If not. You can break the motor and it is going to cost you a small fortune to repair :eek:

Hi there guys. I own a 300TDI Disco and a wile back some body posted a link to download the service manual for the TDI. I got that and it was great. Helped me with a couple of stuff already. Now I need to find out where I can download the manual for the TD5. My dad recently bought him self...

Well went down to the car and repaired it quickly. Took 2 seconds for the clock to come out and there is a spares place across my work so got the globe and bob is your uncle. Now I can see time again in the dark.

Will go and try mine now. Have the same problem on my 97 300 TDI

I had a look at the TD5 downpipe and there is a small difference in size between the TD5 and the TDI. So I am considering doing the same exhaust that are on the TD5 on my 300tdi

I just want to thank every body that helped me with info on my car. I Replaced Rocker shaft, Rocker adjusters, the 4 spring plates between the rockers and some other stuff as well. All with the manual that explains everything in detail. The car did go in before so that a Qualified Technician...
