    1996 max speed warning

    My dashboard screen reads "Slow 35 mph max" at all times, whether Im in high or low range. The brake warnings are displayed also- ABS, parking brake and TC are all lit, and I have to pump the brakes to help them work properly. Connected or separate problems? Any suggestions? Thanks
