I thought mine was bad, 200 - 220 per 70ltrs!! :D But maybe not. I believe that a lot depends on injection type and mapping for your car. Mine was installed by Wains Classic Rebuilds, he rechecked all mapping for the car after a bedding in period of 2K miles.:) If the car mix isn't right...

First thing to say is well done - nice to see another convert to the green oval!!! :)

As for Question 1 - First action is to change the gear box oil/fluid. This cures many problems. Question 2 - On full lock you often get strange noises, I noises are present when rolling then poss bearings? You did after all buy a P38, so there are always a few gremlins to sort out!! :)
