You just have to read through these 35 pages and see that I have responded to every single gotcha question with a valid answer and the people have just sulked away to then come up with a new failed gotcha question. So based on the evidence here, yes you guys are all wrong, you bunch of losers...

Issues yes, but in a huge percentage of the gearboxes made, no. In a huge percentage of the L322 with that exact gearbox and engine, no. Unless you have actual evidence to the contrary I have no reason to believe you, when I have posted evidence to the contrary.

Actually RRPhil has helped me on this forum with a different question and has offered to send me parts to help me. And he helped me with this question on another forum. So once again... you are wrong.

I never cared about the fuel saving and if you read my initial comment carefully and quite a few comments since, then you would know that it's not relevant to me, just an added bonus of the idea.

Now that was funny. Also dumb as that wasn't the reason that I was going to make the diff swap. It was just a small factor that might contribute to the final decision, but probably not.

I checked and yes the ZF8 gearbox is stronger than the ZF5 gearbox. This is due to the power output of the engine, and has nothing to do with the differential ratio. As my gearbox will still be connected to its current engine, this is a non-issue.

That would be so awesome if you guys did that, because then I could ask a question on here and none of you losers would see it. Then I could possibly get people who actually knew what they were talking about answering (not you of course, you are great). So please do encourage everyone on here...

Where did I say that I didn't notice that? I actually spoke about it for several days on this forum, 8 speed versus 5 speed. Do you have any more gotcha comments that I can prove wrong, because we are on page 33 of people trying that and no one has been successful even once, but have a go at it.
