In the middle of the dashboard

From what I have been reading it is a switch to turn ignition on without the key, for transport to the dealership so they can operate the height etc

Looking for advice, I went out to the car tonight, and it won’t start. Radio works, interior lights work, but no ignition lights or crank. However it will start if I hold down the toggle switch under the steering column. Am I right in thinking it’s the ignition switch gone down? Has anyone had...
