Thanks I think I'm going to try find the part and hopefully I don't have to take the egr off to replace it, although it's probably due a clean, if this fails I may look into blanking it. Don't suppose you no the part number for the said part do you? The one circled in blue on my above post? Thanks

Thanks for the reply, so new oil cooler needed, what about the egr? I have read of people blanking them off and connecting the cooling hoses together so bypassing the egr completely, can this be done and will it affect performance? Or should I buy a new egr and cooler aswell ? Thanks

Sorry I dont think I was clear it what a wrote, yes the coolant leak is definitely coming from the egr. The oil in the coolant is not alot and has being happening for quite some time now, no coolant in oil but oil in coolant, black oil stuck to the side of the coolant bottle, I mean it could hg...
