Thank you, sorry for my confusing comment, mine is also an auto, but I can’t for the life of me find the spare grommet!

How do you find your way through to the grommet? There is a black box, the lid can be easily removed and there are two nuts inside which I could undo. Would that expose the grommet for the clutch cable (if it was a manual)? Thanks you@
