I've just bought a brand new battery and charged it up to 100% still no joy

Went to halfords got the battery you recommended it was on 75% off the shelf so charged it up to 100% fit it and it won't start it's like a humming coming from underneath the bonnet and a clicking at the ignition as if it now isn't registering the key

A neighbour has come with a battery tester, tested the batter that is on at the moment at 800ah and the battery is showing OK 12.75v so I'm unsure if it's now a battery or something else now to add it hasnt started back up 🙈 I'm at a complete crossroads with this now.

Sourcing a battery first thing, it actually started this morning surprisingly however it's making some strange noises from the air suspension, hazards are continuously flashing, wipers going and parking break fault I'm hoping these are combated with the new battery 🙏
