    Freelander 2 (LR2) Tailgate opens when I open the driver door

    I haverecently discovered that the tailgate opens when I open the driver door. It happens when I am unlocking the car, and when I reopen the door after a short while. Has anyone had the same problem, and is there a simple fix to this problem?

    Freelander 2 (LR2) Roofrails

    I found that both sunrooof drain hoses were not fitted. Both hoses are now in place and it looks like leakage is gone. Sorry, but I forgot to take pictures.

    Thank you for the response. I've started taking down the different pillars, and will remove the ceiling inside. I have a problem with the sun-roof curtain, so I will check the sunroof drain hole at the same time.

    I have a problem with leakage into the car. I think it is coming from the roofrails. Does anyone know where I can find how to dismantle the roofrails. I can't find anything in the workshop manual (maybe I'm not looking clos enough).
