The Transfer box calibration took less than 1 minutes and if you are going to do a big drive I wouldn't risk not getting it checked, I had an ECU fault saying that the Transfer box clutch calibration was out of tolerance.

I had similar in my D3, it gradually banged more and more to the point it became painful to drive. My issue started with the same left hand up hill turn then over a week it became all left turns, then all turns, and soon after it became worst of all in reverse. A Transfer Box Calibration...

It's a 2006 D3 SE TDV6 and yeah cleared them 4 times now. I'm afraid to do a hard reset as I'm sure that the last time I did it that caused my transfer case to loose it's calibration.

Does anyone know what these two lovely codes mean. BCM 2.1. B1B02-28 Low frequency coil. 2.2. B1C57-14 Unused relay drive. I've not found anything of use on them and it's the last time faults in the car to fix now.

Well job done took it to Marley in Scarborough and they forced the car to recalibrate and boom all sorted.

So no other CAN errors and the TCCM looks to be ok, on my reader all of the values look to be fine with voltages etc. Not had chance to look under the car but I can hear and see the Tbox working on the live data, the supposed manual calibration method just does nothing and the clutch looks to...

Could that be causing the N to stay illuminated?

I am hoping the local indi can do it but they can't get it in till next Friday. I'm going to check the TCCM today for water ingress but past that I'm lost.
