your right height load is 111, the new tyres are 107. Customer said they came off her new T5, sending PCD shortly

Hi guys newbie here. I own a 06 lr3 2.7. I've been offered tyres and wheels which are 9J x 19 off 50. Would these fit my motor. Please please help lol. Picture below.
