Thanks for the detail. The Boost max is at 21PSI, I haven't gone above 18 as I am (was) running it in. Not sure what HP or Torque output I have, it will be more that stock, as it has a VGT, 2.7 bore, gas flowed head, bigger injectors etc. Plus air in and out paraphernalia

800 miles and the gaskets, Head was fine, been pressure tested and no issues. Head was also brand new before hand, as was gasket and bolts

Thanks, but not relevant to this request. Its gone, it's either a faulty gasket or not up to the job, hence upgraded gasket and looking for upgraded bolts or studs. Just wanted to know of any sources.

I need something stronger, my head gasket has gone, it's now been upgraded to a Reinz ,but the bolts came out too easily and I'm looking to see what is available, I can't find an ARP solution any where, though lots of chat about them

@v8250 All the turbo pipes and Turbo related parts came from Bell Autos, the alloy pipes from the intercooler came from Allisport. I'm looking at getting some more fabrication done at the moment for the manifolds, that will be Rich's Fabrication. Hope that helps.

Yeah, I think I'm sold, I'm running BF Goodrich AT KO2's, which are snow rated, but I think as soon as it get hairy you'll need something more. Are the snow socks multi use, I guess they'll disintegrate fairly quickly, but as you say, its a good just incase comprimise

maybe tyre socks could be a good middle ground of they are going to ne used once in 10 years?

I'll do a separate thread on the madman EMS 3 once I've figured it out, its been setup and configured, but I need to look at tweaking the alarms and tolerances, its a pretty decent bit of kit and works out much cheaper than individual gauges, sensors and sensors etc

Yeah, I was looking at whether to wrap it or to get it ceramic coated. Wrapping being massively cheaper and logistically easier. I'm looking into the various tapes.
