Did mine tonight.... Land Rover no longer sell the replacement plastic micro switch holder, instead they sell an all in one bonnet catch/switch holder. You can do it by removing the right hand headlight assembly, but it is a bit fiddly. Word to the wise though!.....Having fitted it, it still...

Blanked ours off a few days ago, smoother on pick up, few more m.p.g. no faults showing on dash etc. Happier now I'm not introducing soot into the combustion chambers!

First things first.......Cam belt, water pump, idler and tensioner. Snorkels and 31" tyres wont compensate for bent valves, holed pistons and possibly bent conrods even on a Land Rover!
