Thanks, there was a noise we stopped the engine instantly hazzerds on, I popped the bonnet found the auxiliary belt loose then to my shock, could see the bloody water pump in the bottom of the engine all coolent dumped instantly. Impellers smashed off the pump but bearings smooth????

That was my suspicion, I am awaiting there response and hope there will be no extra cost.

Hi there, Can anyone shed light on why my water pump fell off my discovery 4 only 10 mile down the road after having the cam belt changed at the garage? Thanks for any help.
