    Has anyone used 10w 30 in their Td4? I got loads of mobil 1 10w 30 here but don't know if it's ok for this engine.

    H Yes it's just below max I check it daily just in case. I read a lot about r5 thermostat mod but don't know whether to trust it.

    My td4 heater only gets luke warm and not hot but temperature gauge sits bang on half way as it should could this be thermostat?
