    Hi bushtoy, to set injector clearances, turn cam untill injector is fully compressed,slacken locknut then turn adjustment screw down untill you feel it bottom out then turn screw back one complete turn, then tighten locknut, repeat for each injector, simple job really Peter

    On the top radiator hose there dhould be a bleed screw, undo this with the engine running and the expansion cap on, when you get constant coolant here, replace the screw and check the flow into the expansion tank Regards Peter

    By using the reg number and chassis number i got a code for my disco the same day from bearmach, but probably it sounds that the radio may hae been changed, or you just simply have the wrong code, their worth a try
