Thanks that's all she gets used for now, well tip runs as well. I love it, won't part with it been a brilliant car over the last 5 or 6 years. Can't say I have ever noticed any getting into the cab but it was only really in that deep for a split second.

Just thought I would share some photos of some outings last year, the 200tdi disco although very capable was boring on the lanes, the freelander is much more fun and enjoyable in my opinion;)

Might just be the end washer on the pump like nodge said least then you don’t have to take it off to change that one,there’s no visible leaks on mine other than the misting on the block.

One of the local lads hpfp was only leaking when he started the car then it would stop for some reason :confused: hopefully it’s an easy fix for you though.

Mines the same :( but hasn’t started to drop yet just a slight misting on the block,but I have another hpfp to take apart and fit new seals ready for the spring.

I changed the pinion seal in the rear diff and bearings at the weekend with the help of another member,but it’s still leaking :mad: the old seal and bearings had completely disintegrated,and now the bolts are rubbing on the case have I missed a spacer off our something along those lines?and is...

Hopefully, will wait and see what’s in the front first :)on another positive the front seats are recaros from an s3 been trying to figure out what the came from.

Last night I lifted the carpet up to find 6mm plywood luckily underneath that was a floor I’m assuming not original but it’s all solid and is solidish around the rear wheel arches the drivers side might need a little attention,the only bit I have found that definitely needs cutting out and doing...

Yeah it’s definitely the fuel pipe on or close to the bend above the rail,I’ll get the service stuff and the parts I need once I have a ruff idea,going to have a good look over it with /maroondestroyer thanks for the advice
