    Problem solved by replacing transmission harness, cost £14 from GoS Axminster.

    healthy turbo should be 735/750rpm at idle, if you have a live reader you can monitor it on road to check operation, obviously you can check the other relevant readings or all readings live on road.

    What does it idle at, and does it idle at normal rpm, have they taken a live reading from the turbo at idle ? can it be heard spooling when revs applied ?

    When you put load on she stalls, disconnect hose going into egr, the big hose, see what happens, you have checked egr is not stuck or manky ?

    Had the same problem on a 2005 vogue TD6 plus no power under load, everybody and their granny diagnosed it, gearbox/turbo/new engine... scrap it the usual give us your money stuff.
