Pulled out the fuel pump relay and tried the starter motor method.... broke my extension bar

Thanks for the advice, has anyone used the starter motor method? Seems that you jam the socket and give it a start but not enough to fire her up to get the bolt moving? Can it be that simple?? Seen a few YouTube videos but I’m not sure it won’t cause more problems?

Good shout, may have to go down the second hand unit route. £55 doesn't seem too bad but I'd prefer to try and find a new clutch plate if I can. Cheers.
