Thank you all for your replies .... i will go with removing the roof lining and remove the sunroofs and a good reseal and clean and cross my fingers if the do leak again in the future i think i will weld some plates in as i have never really use the sunroof in any motor i have had anyway ... if...

Sorry folks:( i'm sure this has been covered many times before, so please feel free to direct me to this question if it's still available ..... has anybody ever welded steel panels in the sunroof on a Discovery, not to keen on rivets or bonding for security reasons, i'm on my 4th Discovery...

Sounds like i have alot to learn then Turboman ....lol;)
