As luck would have it, I spoke to one of the security guys who worked on the site next to the land, and he thinks he knows who's it is. Not sure how much I trust him, but I'll update this thread if anything comes of it, I'll still try and contact the land owner at the end of the week

Ok, thanks, I was hoping there was a way of find via the chassis number, I'll just have to hope the land owner knows something now. When I said REG number, I meant from the identity plate that is riveted on, is it the same as the plates? I couldn't find much information about that. Thanks
