Hi all, After taking of my front left shock absorber. I noticed that the flange washers that go through the mounting on the axel had cracked off. The shock has obviously been rotating in this and caused this damage: Basically how do I fix the axel? And do I need a new shock? Really...

Thanks for the replies! Looks like a good bit of kit. I have a similar one, Yea they have snapped flush. Wouldn't have been a problem otherwise. It has been faced, and I will cut the webs out before it goes back on. Thanks, Jonathan.

Hi All, I have an issue, the exhaust manifold has warped, and snapped off three studs. Two at the front and one at the rear. I have tried to get them out but they are very stuck, plus the air con pump is in the way of the front two so I cant access them easily. Any help or advice is welcome...

I think that I have confused myself a bit but looking through the shop there is the TD5 Kit then also an 'unlock code for defender systems' http://www.nanocom-diagnostics.com/viewproduct.php?productid=158 Is this not included with the TD5 Kit?

Does an unlock code count as a kit? Also the price is much much better in euros. The price is €355.81 which is about £252.18. Thats before any group discount, Might as well pay in euros for the saving. If they will let us.
