    I'll check on the nylon socket for the pivot, I'm not sure, but thanks for the suggestion. The clutch cover is ok, and we have tried several new slave and masters that multiple sources here (Adelaide) have indicated are the correct items.

    Yes we have checked the pedal adjustment. We have got everything installed but it looks like it might need to come out again if we can't get this to work. It seems like there is not enough travel, an adjustable push rod off the slave cylinder would be ideal but I'm sure such a thing doesn't exist.

    Yes, my mechanic was thinking exactly that, a longer pushrod from the slave, but we didn't know HOW much longer. Can you buy such a thing (extended push rod) and are you or any one else sure about the 10mm? Thanks heaps
