The Drivers front electric seat on my 1997 Discovery will only move forewords to the steering wheel and not backwards towards the rear of the Vehicle, are there any fuses that might have blown or is it possible to move the seat back manually.

The parts that I managed to get came to day (new shaft and the brass bush) but I don’t need them to now, its stopped leaking now and I have done over 100 miles to make sure and its OK, it must have been a bit of dirt that came up between the shaft and the bush and got behind the O Ring at...

Thanks for the info CharlesY , I went for a long ride last night and the pump has stopped leaking, I will keep the info on the O-Ring in case I need it in the future, had a nother look this morning and everything is still OK

I have not power washed it but I have just had a another look at it and it had stopped leaking it must have been a bit of dirt sum ware, I hope that it stays like that, will give it a run later on

I am in Shropshire, got the parts that I need have another read up on it before I decided what I am going to do, I have got step by step Images plus instructions how to do it, thanks all for your help Busterbus

Thanks for your reply Bustersbus, I know the parts that I want just can’t find anywhere that I can get them, I think that they want me to send the Injection pump to them and get charged a fortune for them to do the job, the job can be done without taken the Injection pump off the engine
