Thats strange, mine is working fine too. maybe thats because it has just had a new air mass sensor and the intercooler link pipe.

My defender has it as standard. I think they are fantastic. It clears mist and ice far quicker than any heater ever will. Had one on an old ford too. Would always have one given the option

It's incredible how well defenders, 90's and 110's keep there value. I lost £13k on a three year old volvo recently. Give it another 3 years and it will be worth less than the 18 year old 90 your looking at and it will be scrapped long before it gets to 18 years old.
