Hi thanks had the cover off the centre part and took it for a drive last night, sounds like it is defiantly coming from the transfer box. Off it comes this weekend then. Does anyone know where I can find a rebuild manual for the box? Thanks again

Yes I will get it up on some one day in the week and give it a go thanks, hopefully it will not be something major. I was just wondering how the neutral of the hi and low box played a part in it
