no as number plate and log book goes on chassis number . i spoke to dvla and they say its just like a face lift happy days.

well its still a d1 as i only changed the body its all d1 chassis and running gear.

cheers crispy . yeah i could of done the engine swap but the d2 chassis rot like any thing this way i got best of both. the better body and better chassis.

got her running today.

Yeah be brill if it works out im sure it will yeah it all is bit longer and wider its the bumpers that are the hardest bit to get right.

yeah i know its a lot of work but will be such a nice motor then done . I will give it a go i will let you know how i get on .
