Mine was done by Storm tuning 2 years ago. I have downloaded my map using my nanocom sent it, get the modified back within a day, uploaded and job done. Very satisfied with the result as well.

I also had such mechanical problem with the key a year ago. I used wd40 for cleaning and lubrication and it worked. At least for a while....
