Known leaking points are the pipes that run under the rad, the PAS pump and the rubber pipe from the resevour that runs close to the sump. Has a "U" bend in it Griff

One suggestion I've read is to use a piece of wood etc to fully depress the clutch pedal and leave overnight. Griff

It's held by 2 screws behind the little grill. You need to remove the facia and get up behind the dash. Easy to do but you need to be a contortionist :). If you have RAVE look up section 82-39. Griff

Behind that grill is the internal temp sensor. Has a small fan that can get noisy due to fluff. Griff

I'd block the hole and use brake cleaner around the area then something to carefully clean the hole out. Griff

The CV joints usually show up when turning on full lock. Believe they make a clicking noise. Griff

Hi, Did mine the other week on my 2004 and cured the h/lamp washers "crying". I just removed the 2 lower screws/bolts on the lower edge of the plastic liner and tied out of the way. Removed 3 pipe clips and used a heat gun gently to warm the pipes to allow them to come off and on easier. More...
