Seems the only option is Britpart at about £70 or Land Rover at £900. Anyone tried a Britpart part one? God knows why I'm asking as there is no hope in hell I am buying genuine!

My son has been mentioning the heater fan doesn't work. I have been faffing around with it a bit with the ignition on, I can't get it NOT to work? Turns out it works fine with ignition on but not when the engine is running. Going to clean the fuse holder when I get a chance, any other ideas?

Son broke down in his D2 TD5 just now, rescued him in the tdi. The fuel pump isn't running, had a quick roadside check of the fuse, swapped a relay, pressed the fuel cut off button. None of these made any difference so towed it back with the Ninety. Need some advice on the next steps to follow...

Within the gasket set is a bag of rubber o-rings and copper (maybe) washers. Anyone know what the o-rings are for? Two are for the camshaft gear bolt, the others?

Just out of interest what make tensioner do you all fit? Britpart special, Britpart OEM (whatever that may be), INA or Genuine ( seen the price of them!). I have a feeling the OEM timing kit comes with a Dayco belt but must be cheapy tensioner and idler going by the price.

My son has a Ninety with a Disco 200tdi conversion and we need to get an engine oil cooler pipes but I am a bit unsure of the part numbers. It's the cone shape pipe at the rad end type, bit like an oversized brake pipe, no o-rings or sealing washer. Attaches to an adapter coming out of the rad.

Heads on the bolts are a little bit rounded off, any reason I can't use cap head bolts? Local nut & bolt place don't do M8 flange bolts with a 10mm head.

My son has a Disco 1 front axle with the short stubby drive shaft inside the hub cover/flange. Does anyone have a link to the correct top swivel pin and shims. Many thanks.

Son took his 200tdi out yesterday for a couple of hours and it drove as per normal. Today on the way to work it drove fine but when coming of the throttle it seems like it would momentarily stall then pick up idle again. Other times it will be fine and sometimes it will just cut out and not idle...
