The vent flaps on my series 3 rattle at higher speeds, they are loose on the hinge pins. It's irritating, as it disturbs the serenity provided by the rubble of the tyres and the whine of the transfer box. Aside from shimming the pins with insulating tape or something, any other cures for this...

Dimension request! I'm going to fit a 3/4 hood to my 109 truck cab. I need to fit the front rope hooks to do that. Does anything have the distance between the fold of the door frame and the rivets? Much appreciated!

I've a nokken winch for my 101, and PTO gearbox to drive it, which I'm hoping to fit soon. But I've not got the drive shaft between the two. If I had one to copy I'm sure I could get one made. Does anyone have one I could borrow?

What modification are necessary to plumb a series military oil cooler into a 2495cc petrol engine? I know there's a sandwich block on the filter, but how is the return routed?

Morning, I'm planning on putting a 2.5 petrol into my lightweight, but would like to make it as series like as reasonably possible. The water pump on the 2.5 petrol looks a bit like the military 7 bolt from a series, any one know if they are interchangeable?
