Same here, reservoir rusted at top, couldnt see it until it was off.

I would agree. Mine showed same symptoms, the pump was slow as it had been overworked topping up the resevoir continually but the tank had rusted on the top edge and was leaking. i think they are supposed to be at 10 bar or something like that which is a lot.

Bought this for my 1988 110 and its still wrapped up from the supplier, I never even got around to opening it never mind fitting it! Not worth posting as they are not huge amounts new but £5 for anyone near Huddersfieldif fancies collecting it.

Ah thats interesting. My mechanic said he had fitted a number of cheap one and had ended up replacing most of them. Your experience seems to support that.

My Disco 3 needs a new Hitachi compressor and I was wondering if anyone has tried those that are on ebay for around £200 with a two year warranty. I dont do much mileage , dont tow and dont off road it but dont want the expense of putting one in if it will fail prematurely.

Loads of tread left on black alloys from my 200tdi. Wheels are similar to Boosts though not the same. Need the space but will take pics and put on ebay if no one here is interested. I can email pics or Whatsapp them if I can get one of the kids to do it for me. Collected from Huddersfield £240.

Bought this but never got around to fitting and now Defender has gone. Still in original packaging unopened. Details on their website, no point me repeating what they can tell you. £30 posted.
