Thanks for all your replies, the bolts were all in tight, (although I will never know with the sheared one). I think the inner bearing, may well be the culprit, perhaps with a loose bolt as well. I've bought a second hand hub this afternoon, as mine had been damaged by the two flying bolt heads...
