    they will give you samples and the main catalogue has full size sections. if you keep door opening lip (standard series) i used KRS 22 SELF ADHESIVE, but on defender plain edgesKR010, 118, 046, 042- there are lots, and they do KRS 9 a sponge series type one . there is too much choice.

    Hi, i have just visited Kingfisher Rubber 01527 570570 in Bromsgrove. all the seals you ever wanted under one roof. Really helpful, I've scanned a leaflet Door seals and rubber matting ideal for the floors window stuff. everything. I came away with a huge pile of rubber.

    3 of us spent 3 hours not fitting a station wagon second row door lock. the door fits the opening but the re is no space for the keep- what am i doing wrong? we resorted to a sledge hammer and shaped drifts- the ironmongery came off old doors - new doors won't work- what are we missing?

    Hi What does this little pot do on the top of the engine? gets the dribble from the injectors on this perkins engined 2A. there is a brass thing on top and a pipe to the tank and one to the inlet manifold-thanks in anticipation of shared wisdom.

    I Haven't yet investigated, BUT, when i switched on panel and interior lights in error- we got a noise like an M60 machine gun... what could it be? Quite fun really but loud and proper rat a tat... shooting up BMWs et al. Odd... (slower rate of fire compared to general)

    Being of small brain long tubes bother me. the track rod we took off a 2a is 1096 long, but a spare is 1173 approx- why? i only have S3 and S2a and S1 where can i find data? the factory manual (white Book) doesn't have info. I ordered a replacement from paddock but says only use S3 TR Ends.......

    Just looked on internet and it looks like about 26 tonnes to pull it- possibly a bit more to start it off. .bolt and washers well lubricated.

    HI the previous owner had cut a section out of front cross member to try to lube the idler which was seized. we tried jacking with steel on the shaft and a 28 pound hammer (they do exist) Nothing moved but the chassis bent. Then we decided to rebuild the relay with new parts from a new relay. so...
