Right I think I'm getting it So I'm better off with a 22D = 1.410 (all 4Cyl 90/110 bar above) How do I know what I.D relates to what ratio?

Boost pin + rings, Garrett turbo, full face intercooler. The only thing revving it's nuts off is the transfer box, makes a horrendous noise lol

Hi Stanley, Yep, all aligned. I've just done the water pump with new bearings and gasket. I've checked and triple checked I've got the right tension on the belts, still the same results. The overall condition of the pulley wheels are very good.
