Have to say the Rimmer YouTube, almost does little more than list was has to be done. As with SOOOO many youtubes, it skims over the difficult bits that you really need help with. Maybe a better link to a better article, forum thread or another Utube can be found. I expect OP has already done...

Do you have an engine crane? If so, in through the passenger side door to take the weight of the gaerbox. But you may actually find it easier to take the engine out.
