Fixed my low screen wash warning.
Fitted new sensor, ignition on, still there.
Drained and cleaned out the washer bottle, refitted, igition on, still there.
Found a broken wire, fixed it, ignition on, gone :) and only took 3 hours.
For me it started with taking longer to fire up. Usually it's on the button but it started taking longer and longer until the inevitable.
If I used easystart it would start and run fine. I did end up fitting a new HP fuel pump as well but the regulator was faulty and a cheap starting point.
Thought you might be using one of those newfandagled resin jobbies. Not tried PETG but had real problems with nylon not sticking to the bed. Need to build an enclosure to keep the draught out.
I believe the late 2005 was a bit of a crossover to the 2006 facelift model so you may find that the lights are factory fit 2006 ones, no idea how you will find out other than the original build sheet. The lack of headlamp wipers would indicate to me that you have a 2006 front end. Perhaps a...
Sorry I have no idea how it connects to the car but I doubt it's on the canbus., although it may send the images over the canbus. I suspect it uses RF but I've never been able to find any info on it.
What's the canbus error you're trying to fix?
