    It may well start with low volts. What voltage have you got on the battery after the CTEK has been on for a while? I get around 12.8v

    How old is the battery? Does it charge from a mains charger and hold it?

    Mine generally takes a few minutes but works quicker if I set it to manual by turning the fan speed up.

    My issue was the HP pump and relief valve and yes it was a PITA to change. I refurbed mine which failed and then had to get a recon one so changed it twice.

    There appears to be 2 sensors, HP and LP.

    Surely plugging diags in to read pressures is the first and easiest step

    You don't need the code you need to check what the pressures actually are

    You need to check the fuel pressure to at least rule it out. Diags can read them.

    If the HP regulator has gone faulty it will cause low pressure so may show as a sensor fault.
