Could you use 24 spline shafts? My thoughts are the axles were all the same so all you’re doing is upgrading the shafts.

Put the buzzer on the indicator relay. It’s a lot easier.

Yep you will need a new cover. Remove pump off the rear of the transfer box & there may be a gear you need to remove as well. You may need a diffent out put gear depending on the above.

There used to be a classic metal grill with spot lights in it.(better than spots on bumper. High beam was operated by floor button like series motors

1949 S1 knock on metal type Early disco Both are knock on,not measured or removed to check further. They look the same size(my theory is wheel stubs are all the same design/size for most years) unless you got HD with bigger shafts
