Is the lower chassis in the first photo a 200tdi chassis or is it too hard to tell? It looks like it has a different rear cross member to the one thats on top of it.

Thats exactly what I think, if i bothered to look i bet id find more rot further along the chassis anyway. I know I spotted a hole in a front spring bracket when I was changing a brake hose earlier this year, so that wont be the last of it....

There are some Galv' 90 chassis' for sale on ebay: 184457797007 but they are advertised as a NAS chassis' which will take a 200tdi engine.... but as far as I knew NAS' 90's were V8s so they had different engine mounts to the TDi engines and NAS chassis' had a different rear cross member and...
