please help me someone ..... Ive just got a discovery 300tdi and apart from the usual problems IE windows/rotted boot etc i have now noticed this very loud clonk when i turn the car off nothing while driving and happens probably 3 out of 5 times nothing when i start the car only when i turn it...

changed ecu back windows working only front passenger side goes down not up changed regulator/motor tonight still the same swapped switches no change its like its only gettin power one direction can it be rewired can i pick up a live from somewhere using a electric tester attached to battery it...

ecu changed rear windows working its just the front passenger side that wont work swapped all switches around it will go down but not up changed regulator/motor tonight still the same ita l;ike its not getting power to go up can it be rewired some how can i pick up a live from somewhere ??? ty

pleaseeee help me someone 3 windows on 1995 discovery 300 tdi workin front passenger side wont bloody work goes down wont come up changed motor / regulator etc and swaped switches about still wont work can i rewire it somehow its doing my head in my arms a cut to bits playing with the bloody...

well how stupid do i feel :( before paying someone to look at car i got some pictures off the internet and the reason i have no bulb in ABS warning light is cos I DONT have ABS lol so that solves that problem DOH !!!!!!:crazy:

i no longer have a td5 but mine had problems and to keep cost down i went for a coil conversion cost about £80 for coil kit on ebay and cost me £60 to have it fitted

ty ccrdave im NOT capable of anything lol only checkin oil,water :crazy: im going to get a bulb tomorrow and then get a mechanic to have a look at the whole system and get what needs fixing fixed i would never remove it or have it removed just hope its not going to be too heavy on my pocket ty...

i will be honest i dont know alot about cars and my dad couldnt come with me looks like i been sold a bag of ****e lol only 1 window workin but he took off £50 for that and no boot floor he took off £200 for that its just getting all this done that worries me its ok for people who know what to...

help please just bought a disco 1995 300 tdi didnt notice till i got home no ABS light i have had a look today and it seems the bulb has been removed from warning light what do i do im skint after buying her and have a list of problems to sort looks like ive been sold a right bag of problems :mad:
