Having just had another look at your photo I would be tempted just to clean the seam sealer off around the seams on the inside and make sure it is nice and dry and apply fresh seam sealer.

from looking at you have 2 options to "cure" the leak. 1) remove the outer wing and remove all seam sealer etc and weld the seam up then reapply seam sealer/underseal 2) apply copious amounts of seam sealer to both sides of the seam in the hope that it seals it - obviously this is the quick fix...
