I've seen this type of (steam) when an engine is cold or the outside temperature is well into the minus degrees. Are you doing short journeys, where condensation builds in the exhaust, this can be an issue. But I drive many thousands of miles a year and I can't say I've noticed this after a long...

£12 or £20,000, they should be in a good state. If the engine is like that, what is lurking beneath the shiny paint. They make tens of thousands of ££'s from those raffles, so the cars should be in a good state. I would have said something personally.

You said you won the car, did it come directly from UK Minis with all those taped wires. Was it running well when you got it, how long has the car been sitting.

I think It was Stanley who said about a can of petrol directly fed into the carb. Make sure it's fresh fuel, this modern stuff goes off quickly.

My GT6 is the same year as that and has hazard's as standard. Didn't it have them fitted?
